Top Ten Tuesday #2

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the bookish. This week's top ten tuesday is Top Ten Books I Wish I Could Read Again For The First Time. Almost similar to my Top Ten Tueday #1 but anyway, here's the list:

1. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins (I wish I can read it again for the first time so I can swoon over Etienne St. Clair again! I'm super duper in love with this book!)

2. Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins (The companion novel to Anna! Love this book as much as Anna. I wish I can read it again for the first time to swoon over Cricket Bell again!)

3. Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick (The first time reading this book made me unable to sleep. It was such a delicious book. I love fallen angels since reading this book and I wish I could read it again for the first time and get the addiction feeling again!)

4. The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare (I would love to read this again for the first time. It's filled with actions, romance and all paranormal themes mixed in a series!)

5. Divergent by Veronica Roth (This book's one of the best dystopian novels I've ever read. I would definitely wish I can read this again for the first time and get the feeling of living in a dystopian world and meet FOUR!)

6. The Dark Divine by Bree Despain (I loved this book, not only is the cover gorgeous but the story itself is so good! I fell in love with the book trailer and the story! Would love to read it again for the first time!)

7. Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater (This is my first YA story with werewolves theme. I am so intrigued by the summary and the cover. It was really beautiful. I wish I can read it again for the first time. Sadly, I left my personal copy back at my home. I only have the third and final book, Forever with me)

8. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (Twilight is probably the best book out of the series. Vampires have never been so beautiful and swoon-worthy since Twilight. Most vampires seem scary like Anne Rice's Interview with the vampire)

9. Tiger's curse by Colleen Houck (This book is so enchanting. A mix of Western and Asian culture. I wish I can read this book again for the first time, swoon over Ren and travel back to India, a beautiful country!)

10. The Iron King by Julie Kagawa (Faeries. I love them so much. This book? It's all about faeries and swoon-worthy Ash. I wish I can read this again for the first time. Ash is a magnificent character I would swoon over and over again!)

Well, that's about it. How about yours? :)

  1. I confess that I haven't read most of the books on your list but the few I have read I haven't wanted to reread, even though I enjoyed them first pass.

  2. Man! Pretty much every book on there is either one I've read (and mostly loved) or one that I want to check out. Fantastic list. I definitely agree with you about Divergent and The Iron King. And I really need to get my hands on Tiger's Curse. I should take a second and add that to my wishlist.

  3. Divergent = best book everrr. I love it so much!! :) Twilight is on my list as well, haha. But unlike you, I think that New Moon is the best book of the series.
